The Vestry

The Vestry The vestry is a surviving portion of an earlier church building, and is thought to date from the 15th century. It has often been claimed that it was once a chantry chapel of the Bold family, although an archaeological investigation in 1998 was inconclusive. Used as a vestry ever since the reformation, the room was restored and refurbished in 1998.
